Buy one of my prints this month from Fine Arts America (until May 30) and all artist's proceeds will go to a poor rural Thai farming family whose 92 year old mother has a broken leg and needs a special wheel chair and physical therapy, among other things. This family owns their small farm (mostly rice, fruit and vegetables) and has worked it for three generations. The youngest daughter is working away from the farm and sends money to her Mom. The eldest daughter is doing all the farming now. The father is not in the picture.
I am a retired artist, educator living in Thailand. I know this family personally and will delivery the proceeds myself. If you would like verification of the donation, tell me what would satisfy you. The mother is illiterate but one of the two daughters can write a bit of English.
